Tim Newsom gave a presentation entitled "The American Jury" during a Teachers Law School sponsored by the Amarillo Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates in partnership with West Texas A&M University on August 1, 2017. Teachers from the Texas Panhandle area attended the one-day seminar.  The American Board of Trial Advocates is an invitation-only national organization of lawyers practicing on both sides of the docket whose primary mission is the preservation of the right to trial by jury as guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
