On October 28, 2010, The Young Law Firm, PC, working in conjunction with the law firm of Lovell, Lovell, Newsom & Isern, LLP, has filed a class action lawsuit against the New Mexico Department of Corrections on behalf of a group of its correctional officers for failure to pay overtime compensation.
